Steven Sturm Chef Sturm's culinary bakground includes Executive Chef and equity partner in Seven Sisters, featuring New South Cuisine, located in Beauford, GA (June 1999 to August 2000); Executive Chef at A1A Ale Works in St. Augustine, Florida, featuring New World Cuisine, fresh seafood and an open air kitchen (August 1998 to May 1999); Corporate Chef at The Loop Restaurants where he developed new menu items that were implemented at 14 different locations (July 1996 to August 1998) and Executive Sous Chef at Ragtime Tavern (September 1992 to July 1996). Chef Sturm trained at the St. Augustine Culinary Arts School, with further development at FCCJ culinary arts program.
